Be able to quit a career and:

• Work part time when you want or not work at all.
• No worries about monthly expenses
• No worries about health care
• Be able to go and do the things you could not when employed full time.
• Have the health to follow the pursuits in #4
  

Wage Slave Defined: 

Having no alternatives but to: 

• Work until you die or become permanently and severely disabled
• Work at a job that is not fulfilling in order to pay monthly expenses?
• Either work for medical benefits or have no benefits
• Liquidate assets or reverse mortgage real property to pay bills during retirement
